RRC Payment Portal experiencing degraded performance

Department of Information Resources (DIR) has informed us that all state agencies are currently experiencing degraded performance with processing payments through the Snap Pay system. DIR is working with First Data Merchant Services (FDMS) to restore the service as soon as possible.

Government Relations serves as the Railroad Commission of Texas’ (RRC) liaison with state leadership and members of the Texas Legislature on matters of policy affecting the agency and constituent affairs. During legislative sessions, government relations identifies and monitors important issues and legislation that could affect the RRC and industries that fall under the jurisdiction of the agency. The division also works closely with partner state agencies on issues of mutual interest or jurisdiction, when necessary.

RRC Energy Minute

The Government Relations Division distributes the RRC Energy Minute to members and staff of the Texas Legislature to provide monthly updates on agency activities.  Current and past editions of the RRC Energy Minute are available below.
