Notice to Operators: RRC Online Payments will be unavailable Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 9:30 PM CT to 11:00 PM CT. During this time, customers using RRC applications will be unable to process online payments through Texas.gov payment services and will be redirected to a maintenance page and unable to complete payments until after the maintenance is complete.

Notice to Oil and Gas Gatherers and Purchasers: Elimination and Reduction of Mailings

To reduce costs, effective February 1, 2017, the Railroad Commission of Texas (Commission) no longer prints and mails paper copies of the Oil and Gas Schedule to Gatherers and Purchasers. Information pertinent to Gatherers and Purchasers is available on the Commission’s website at http://www.rrc.texas.gov/.
