Texas.Gov Payments General Maintenance

Notice to Operators: RRC Online Payments will be unavailable Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 9:30 PM CT to 11:00 PM CT. During this time, customers using RRC applications will be unable to process online payments through Texas.gov payment services and will be redirected to a maintenance page and unable to complete payments until after the maintenance is complete.

RRC Extends Comment Period on Amendments to Chapter 3 and Chapter 8 Rules Relating to Form T-4B and Federal Updates

In response to public requests, the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) has extended the public comment period on proposed amendments to 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §3.70, relating to Pipeline Permits Required, and various rules in 16 TAC Chapter 8, relating to Pipeline Safety Regulations, regarding Form T-4B and federal updates.

The public comment period is extended to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. To view the proposed rule amendments and submit comments via email to rulescoordinator@rrc.texas.gov or online by the deadline, visit the RRC website at https://www.rrc.texas.gov/general-counsel/rules/proposed-rules/ under Chapters 3 and 8.
