Texas.Gov Payments General Maintenance

Notice to Operators: RRC Online Payments will be unavailable Thursday, January 29, 2026, from 9:30 PM CT to 11:00 PM CT. During this time, customers using RRC applications will be unable to process online payments through Texas.gov payment services and will be redirected to a maintenance page and unable to complete payments until after the maintenance is complete.

Notice to Operators: New Online Filing System: Gatherer and Purchaser Change P-4s

The Railroad Commission of Texas (Commission) is now accepting electronic submissions of Form P-4, Producer’s Transportation Authority and Certificate of Compliance, through the Commission’s Online System available on our website at http://www.rrc.texas.gov. This system currently only allows updates to Gatherers and Purchasers for existing leases.
