Notice to Operators: RRC Online Payments will be unavailable Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 9:30 PM CT to 11:00 PM CT. During this time, customers using RRC applications will be unable to process online payments through Texas.gov payment services and will be redirected to a maintenance page and unable to complete payments until after the maintenance is complete.

Registration Open for RRC Regulatory Forum in Houston

The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) will host a Regulatory Forum in Houston on Tuesday, February 4, 2020. The event will be held at the Norris Conference Center, 816 Town and Country Blvd., Suite 210 in Houston.

The RRC is hosting this forum to educate and train energy industry representatives on a variety of topics, including:

  • drilling permitting;
  • completions;
  • Form P-16, Acreage Designation;
  • injection well permitting; and
  • pipeline permitting.

The registration fee is $100 per person.
