Texas.Gov Payments General Maintenance

Notice to Operators: RRC Online Payments will be unavailable Thursday, January 29, 2026, from 9:30 PM CT to 11:00 PM CT.  During this time, customers using RRC applications will be unable to process online payments through Texas.gov payment services and will be redirected to a maintenance page and unable to complete payments until after the maintenance is complete. 

RRC Hosts Spraberry (Trend Area) Forum and Discussion in Midland

The Railroad Commission of Texas (Commission) will host two one-day sessions of the Spraberry (Trend Area) Forum and Discussion in Midland on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 and Thursday, October 8, 2015.

The Commission is hosting this forum to educate and train oil and gas industry representatives on a variety of topics, including:

  • drilling permits;
  • completions;
  • production reporting;
  • stacked laterals;
  • Statewide Rule 13;
  • Statewide Rule 32; and
  • website queries for proration.

The registration fee is $150 per person. The event will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton at 117 West Wall in Midland. Group rates are available until 9/22/15 when making hotel room reservations by phone.
