During this time, customers using RRC applications will be unable to process online payments through Texas.gov payment services and will be redirected to a maintenance page and unable to complete payments until after the maintenance is complete.

RRC Hosts Workshop for Rulemaking Related to Weather Emergency Preparedness Standards

On Tuesday, July 5, 2022, the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) will host a workshop to hear public comments on proposed new rule 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §3.66, relating to Weather Emergency Preparedness Standards. The workshop will be held at 9:30 a.m. in Room 1-111 of the William B. Travis Building. The proposed rule implements weatherization standards for operators of certain natural gas facilities as required by Senate Bill 3 passed by the 87th Legislature (Regular Session).
