Employees Required to Hold Their RRC-Issued Certification Cards
April 07, 2022Under Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) rules, any business licensed to engage in LPG, CNG or LNG activities (licensee) in Texas is required to give RRC-issued certification cards to their certified employees upon receiving them in the mail.
A certified employee is required to make their certificate readily available and present it to any RRC employee or agent who requests proof of certification.
The licensee is advised to maintain a copy of their employees’ certification cards.
