Texas.Gov Payments General Maintenance

Notice to Operators: RRC Online Payments will be unavailable Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 9:30 PM CT to 11:00 PM CT. During this time, customers using RRC applications will be unable to process online payments through Texas.gov payment services and will be redirected to a maintenance page and unable to complete payments until after the maintenance is complete.

RRC Accepting Comments on Form PS-48

February 13, 2020

The Railroad Commission of Texas is seeking public comment to proposed revisions to the Form PS-48, New Construction Report. The proposed amendments to Form PS-48 are related to recent amendments to 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 8 that went into effect January 6, 2020, specifically changes to 16 TAC §8.115.

Public comments will be accepted through February 21, 2020.
