Proposed Changes to Form T-4
January 28, 2015The Railroad Commission of Texas is accepting public comment on proposed revisions to the following forms: T-4 Form, Application for Permit to Operate A Pipeline in Texas; Form T-4A –Permit to Operate a Pipeline in Texas; Form T-4B, Pipeline Transfer Certification; and Form T-4C, Pipeline and Gathering System Certification and Renewal Form. Public comments and proposed revisions will be accepted through Tuesday, February 10, 2015. The draft forms are available online. Use the online comment form to provide input.
