Draft Proposed Rules Workshop: SWR 9, SWR 36, and SWR 46 (Informal Comment Only)

Commission staff will host a workshop to receive public input and consider informal comments regarding possible future amendments to 16 Texas Administrative Code §§ 3.9, relating to Disposal Wells; 3.36, relating to Oil, Gas, or Geothermal Resource Operation in Hydrogen Sulfide Areas; and 3.46, relating to Fluid Injection into Productive Reservoirs. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, in Room 1-111 of the Railroad Commission's office at the William B. Travis Building, located at 1701 North Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78711. The session will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Seating is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
